The secure web based database enables infrastructure owners to maintain a complete, accurate and timely record of all current landowner information.

Furthermore, The Maloney Project Database retains a centralised data set of all communications and correspondence in relation to any affected landowner at any point in time. This information can be constantly updated by authorised users from any remote location with internet access, allowing clients to view ‘real time’ project progress with every affected landowner.

Key benefits and applications of the Project Database include:

  • Creation and updating of contact notes - in turn providing the client with a thorough legal history of communications with landowners
  • Landowners’ current details are easily accessible
  • Field staff able to update contact notes in ‘real time’ over the web from any remote location
  • Management able to monitor current activities of field staff
